STEP 1 - Register with The Cameron Bird

Subscribe to receive our free Property Alerts and
Quarterly Property Review you'll be amongst the first to know about
new properties as they become available, putting you on the front
foot. As you might expect, some of the properties we put forward
have limited availability. As a subscriber you can be assured you
know about each property's availability soon after we do.
We would also welcome the opportunity for a face-to-face
meeting, allowing us to truly get to know you and your wealth
creation and retirement goals. Please contact us to arrange a time for one of our
consultants to visit.
STEP 2 - Express interest in investing
We source the best possible investment properties we can find
throughout Australia and overseas that fit our strict investment
criteria. When you find one that appeals, contact us for more
information and to express interest in investing.
Our specialist consultants will take the time to personally
explain the property and the investment opportunity in detail.
STEP 3 - Check your finances
Once you've found a property it's time to double check your
finances. Ask one of our financial advisors to provide you with a
financial
assessment or one of our in-house mortgage brokers to provide you with
an obligation free finance recommendation. You might be surprised
by how much our finance recommendation will save you, and how easy
we'll make financing the property.
STEP 4 - Make an informed decision
Armed with information about the property and knowledge of your
financial circumstances, your Cameron Bird consultant will leave
you to seek further advice, as required, and to make an informed
decision about your investment in your own time and without
pressure.
Don't forget, our free cash flow analyser
will provide an estimation of the net cash flow of your investment
in the first year.
STEP 5 - Secure the property
When you decide to buy, we'll help you to put the sale contract in
place and we'll do it with a minimum of fuss. We'll also help you
to finalise your finance, we'll set an estimated settlement date,
or should you be purchasing off the plan, we'll advise you of the
estimated completion date.
STEP 6 - Successful settlement
We have well-established relationships with our property partners
- builders, developers, legal and financial services providers -
and some of these relationships date back many years. This means we
are perfectly positioned to keep you informed of progress as
settlement day approaches and ensure that settlement goes to
