- Is it dripping in depreciation allowances and other tax
deductions?
- Will it provide a high rental yield that increases faster than
inflation?
- Is it in a unique location which has potential for strong
rental growth?
Our whole aim is to assist every investor to retire with at
least 5 properties debt free, worth over $2 million. This should
provide you with a retirement income of more than $100,000 a year,
geared to increase with inflation.
